So I choose VW for obvious reasons. I would start off with the Beetle, and add the R concept's body kit:
And the rest of the list is as follows:
- The 300hp version of the 3.6 VR6 (dat sound!)
- 4motion all-wheel drive
- 6 speed manual (obviously)
- Gunmetal Laguna wheels from the 2013-2014 GTI
- CC Executive seats for the perfect blend of sport and comfort
And of course, top it all off in Fahrenheit Orange.
What about you?

Nice - as long as the wheels are not shiny. Hate chrome wheels. HATE.

I wish this was the WRC rally car underneath. It would change the image of the beetle forever.

No, you can't stuff a hellcat in a 500 Abarth, ok. That's just stupid. Wait.. I was the one who said that. Stuff the hellcat in the Abarth!!

My ultimate Franken car:
1957 Chevrolet Bel Air convertible in pink, with white interior and white top.
under the hood: Viper V10
gearbox: 7-speed manual from a 911. stiffened to handle Viper's numbers.
suspension: Citroen DS-esque suspension, for impeccable ride, and need be, insanely pressurized pro handling.
Drive: Subaru-esque symmetrical AWD, so I can put the hardtop on and take it skiing in the winter

So, we start with a 1969 Super Wagoneer (pictured).
Pull out the drivetrain.
Pull out the axles.
Pull out the seats.
The exterior is refreshed to factory beauty (including vinyl roof).
Axles are swapped to Dana 44 front and Dana 60 rear. Possibly with portals (jury's out on that).
Drivetrain is switched from Buick V8/TH400 to the LQ9/4L60E/BW4485 from the H2.
Roots type SC is added.
Leaf springs are swapped for long arm coilover suspension.
Largest tires that'll fit with minor fender trimming.
Modern seats with integrated shoulder belts fitted, saddle leather added.
Close to done.

A 1966 Ford Fairlane wagon, no wood trim.
Obtain a 2 door post donor car, remove doors, and B pillar/door post. Turn 4 door wagon into a 2 door sedan delivery.
Delete rear windows, replace with a metal sheet. Leave tail gate window obviously.
Convince my father to let me have his NOS 427 SOHC Cammer, attach to a 6 speed manual transmission.
Insert in wagon.
Profit.
Also, red steelies, flat black everything else. Various pinstripes. Replace front clip with same year Mercury Comet grille and fenders to create a true bastard, the likes of which this world has never seen.
